To cap off the first year for Sleepy Dan, I wanted to release a couple of cut & sew designs to show that the brand will have some clothing direction outside of screen printing for the coming years. So these two custom made sweatshirts were just added to the line before 2012!

The hoodie is all custom made with some seriously original details so you can be sure no one else will have a hoodie like this one! The frills for this sweatshirt are simple, only using a Sleepy Dan custom neck label, embroidered pillow logo applique at edge of pouch pocket and embroidered alarm icon applique at sleeve cuff.

The most noticeable detail is the Rugby style collar. It has a two button closure and uses an off white herringbone cotton material, which lines the Rugby collar and the seam edge of the hood too. The flat drawstrings are 100% cotton material folded and stitched at the ends, not a rope with shoestring tips.

The material is a comfortable 9oz. Cotton / Poly blend and the color is a darker Heather Gray. Most of the seams use a cover stitch and have exposed edges of material for a custom look.

The crewneck sweatie is a bit more simple, all the seams are the normal turned in style, so they are not exposed. The crew uses a Sleepy Dan custom neck label, embroidered alarm icon applique at sleeve cuff, and water based screen printed logo at front chest. So the front print is soft and comfortable.

The material for the crew is a comfortable 9.5oz. Cotton / Poly blend and the color is a lighter Heather Gray. The V shape expandable neck insert has cover stitch edges.
